We provide one of the most responsive on-site services in Auckland. A technician can usually be on-site within two hours of your call (workload and traffic permitting).
Our emergency response service comes with a guaranteed response time of two hours or less in Auckland.
A technician will arrive on-site with enough components for 90% of all hardware replacements. If we do not have the components in stock, you can request an urgent 2 hour courier for delivery of the required parts (additional charges may apply).
Even if your computer components are not available, and we cannot fix your computer on-site, a loan computer will keep you and your business operating whilst your computer is being repaired.

If that's not quick enough, and the problem involves software or configuration faults then give us a call to find out if the problem can be solved using our RescueNet remote support technology. We could be repairing your PC, server or network within 3 minutes of your call.
